These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "Account Holder") and baji1 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") with respect to your use of the baji1 website, mobile applications, and all associated gaming and betting services available at baji1.bet.

baji1 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice. It is your sole responsibility to review the Terms periodically. Continued use of the baji1 platform following any modification constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. The most recent version of these Terms always supersedes any prior version.

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any ambiguity or dispute regarding interpretation, the English-language version of this document shall prevail. baji1 operates this platform for the entertainment of adult players in Bangladesh and other permitted jurisdictions.

By using the baji1 platform you acknowledge that:

• Online gambling may be regulated or restricted in certain jurisdictions. It is your personal responsibility to determine whether accessing and using baji1 is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering.
• baji1 does not warrant or represent that the platform is available, appropriate, or permitted for use in all locations.
• baji1 uses industry-standard SSL encryption to protect data transmitted between your device and our servers.
• All game outcomes on the baji1 platform are determined by certified random number generators (RNGs) or live-dealer operations supplied by independent, audited gaming studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi.
• baji1 is committed to fair play and does not manipulate game outcomes in any way.

The baji1 platform is strictly for adults. You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account, make a deposit, place a wager, or otherwise use any service offered by baji1. By registering, you confirm under your own responsibility that you meet the minimum age requirement.

baji1 takes underage gambling extremely seriously. We reserve the right to request documentary proof of age from any player at any time. Acceptable proof of age includes, but is not limited to, a government-issued national identity card, passport, or driving licence. If satisfactory proof is not provided within the timeframe specified in any verification request, baji1 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close the account and withhold pending withdrawals pending investigation.

In addition to the age requirement, you must satisfy the following eligibility conditions to maintain a baji1 account:

• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction in which accessing online gambling services is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person, corporation, or entity when registering or placing wagers.
• You must not currently be subject to a self-exclusion order on any regulated gambling platform or have previously been permanently closed by baji1 for a violation of these Terms.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, agent, director, or affiliate of baji1 or of any gaming studio whose products are available on the platform.

Each player is permitted to hold one (1) account on the baji1 platform at any given time. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same name, same device, same payment method, same IP address, or any other identifier — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Accounts found to be duplicates may be closed without notice, and any associated balances may be forfeited.

When registering your baji1 account, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information. This includes, but is not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details. Providing false or misleading registration information is a violation of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any balance.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your baji1 username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. baji1 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify baji1 immediately by contacting [email protected].

baji1 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason for such a decision.

baji1 supports a range of local and international payment methods for deposits and withdrawals, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, and bank transfers to partner institutions including Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. All transactions on the baji1 platform are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳).

Deposits are generally credited to your baji1 account balance instantly or within a few minutes, depending on the selected payment method. If a deposit does not appear in your account within one hour, you are advised to contact customer support with proof of the transaction.

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have passed KYC verification before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawal requests can only be made to a payment method that was previously used to make a successful deposit into your baji1 account, unless otherwise approved by the baji1 support team.
• The minimum withdrawal amount and any applicable processing fees are set out in the Payments section of the baji1 platform and may be updated from time to time.
• baji1 aims to process approved withdrawal requests within 24 to 72 hours. Delays may occur during periods of high demand, public holidays in Bangladesh, or where additional verification is required.
• baji1 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests of any amount. In such cases, the processing timeline may be extended accordingly.

baji1 does not charge processing fees on standard deposit or withdrawal transactions; however, your payment provider or bank may apply their own fees independently. baji1 accepts no responsibility for fees levied by third-party payment providers.

All deposits must be made from a payment account or instrument held in your own name. Funding your baji1 account from third-party accounts or payment instruments belonging to other persons is strictly prohibited. Any account found to be in violation of this rule may be suspended and the relevant funds withheld pending investigation.

baji1 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free bet credits, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to Bangladesh cricket events such as BPL and IPL seasons. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that are published alongside each individual promotion and which form part of these Terms.

Unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise, the following general bonus conditions apply to all baji1 bonuses:

• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn as cash. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated in the promotion terms.
• Eligible games: Not all games contribute equally to bonus wagering requirements. The contribution percentage of each game type (e.g., slots, live casino tables, sports betting) is specified in the individual promotion terms.
• Bonus expiry: All bonuses have an expiry period. Any bonus or bonus-derived winnings that remain unused or unwagered at the expiry deadline will be forfeited automatically. No extensions will be granted after expiry.
• One bonus at a time: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, only one bonus may be active on your account at any given time. Attempting to claim multiple bonuses simultaneously may result in all bonuses being voided.
• Abuse prevention: baji1 reserves the right to void any bonus and associated winnings if it determines, in its reasonable judgment, that a player has engaged in any form of bonus abuse, including but not limited to collusion, matched betting, arbitrage, or use of automated software.

All bets placed on the baji1 platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the sport, event, or casino game in question. These rules are available within each game or betting market on the platform. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these general Terms, the game-specific rules shall prevail with respect to the conduct of that particular game or market.

The following general betting rules apply across all baji1 markets and products:

• All bets are final once confirmed by the baji1 system. baji1 will not cancel or amend a bet after it has been accepted except in cases of an obvious technical error by baji1's systems.
• In the event of a technical error, network failure, or any other system fault during the placement or settlement of a bet, baji1 reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the stake to the player's account balance.
• Where baji1 becomes aware that incorrect odds, payouts, or game outcomes have been displayed or paid out due to a technical error or human mistake, baji1 reserves the right to correct the error and adjust account balances accordingly, even after payment has been made.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all markets and products. These limits are displayed within each market or game prior to placing a wager and may be changed by baji1 at any time.
• The use of any automated software, bots, scripts, or other tools designed to place bets faster or more frequently than would be possible by a human player acting manually is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account closure.

For cricket betting specifically — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers international matches — market settlement is governed by the official result declared by the relevant governing body (ICC, BCB, or equivalent). In the event of a match being abandoned, postponed, or declared void by the governing body, baji1 will settle all affected bets in accordance with its published cricket betting rules available on the platform.

You may request the closure of your baji1 account at any time by contacting the customer support team at [email protected]. Upon receipt of a closure request, baji1 will process the closure within a reasonable timeframe. Any real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure (after deducting any non-withdrawable bonus funds) will be returned to you via your preferred payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC verification.

baji1 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or fraudulent registration or KYC information.
• Suspected involvement in money laundering, fraud, collusion, cheating, or any other criminal activity.
• Use of the platform by a person under the age of 18.
• Registration of multiple accounts in violation of the single-account policy.
• Conduct that baji1 reasonably determines to be abusive, threatening, or harmful to other players, staff, or the integrity of the platform.

Where an account is closed by baji1 due to a breach of these Terms, baji1 reserves the right to withhold any balance, including real-money funds, pending the outcome of any investigation. If the investigation confirms a serious breach, baji1 may forfeit the balance in accordance with applicable policies and, where required, report the matter to the relevant authorities.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, baji1 shall not be liable to any player for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible losses, even if baji1 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

baji1 makes no warranty that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. baji1 does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or currency of any information published on the platform, including odds, scores, or event data.

baji1 shall not be held responsible for any disruption to the platform caused by factors beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, power failures, acts of government or regulatory authority, natural disasters, or third-party service interruptions affecting payment processors or game providers.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit baji1's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.
